My People International (MPI) is a faith-based organization focused on developing the full capacity of Native North Americans. Though predominantly comprised of Native people, the staff and board of MP reflect a strong commitment to Native leadership development in an intercultural setting.

Last May 18-22 at Big Sky Bible Camp in Bigfork, Montana, MPI hosted an Inenimowin Circle on how to create a safe place for people who have suffered abuse or great disappointment to talk about their feelings and traumas. The event was participated by ten participants who learned how to begin an Open Hearts Circle or an Inenimowin Circle in their own communities.
